Recommended blood tests for a functional fertility assessment:
The following must be tested on cycle day 2 or 3. If you are not experiencing regular periods, it's ok to do a “random draw” at any time:

Estradiol (E2)
The following test can be done at any point in the menstrual cycle:
Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH)
Anti-mullerian hormone (AMH)
Prolactin
Testosterone
Vitamin D
It may be necessary to test progesterone (P4) to confirm ovulation. This test must be done 7-10 after ovulation or 7 days before the expected period.
It is recommended that the male partner have 2 semen analysis performed at least 1 month apart. At home tests are acceptable such as:

Ferritin
Blood sugar panel:
Fasting glucose

Hemoglobin A1C (HbA1c)
Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH)
Thyroid panel:

Total T4 (thyroxine)

Additional tests may be recommended based off current presentation and health history.
